Stone Circle has delivered new-build housing alongside our acquisitions programme, helping to increase the supply of homes across Wiltshire.
Our developments have included a mix of affordable and market housing, ensuring a balance between meeting local need and delivering value for Wiltshire Council. In some cases, this has involved bringing forward new housing on land previously owned by the Council, allowing sites that were no longer needed for public use to be reinvested for the benefit of local communities.
Priestley Grove, Calne
Our first new-build development:
- A mix of 2- and 3-bedroom homes.
- Built to a high specification with sustainability in mind.
- Supporting local families and contributing to the Calne community.
Future Developments
Looking ahead, Stone Circle may continue to deliver new housing schemes if opportunities arise and where they align with Wiltshire Council’s priorities. This could include further use of ex-Council land, as well as other sites across the county. Our pipeline will be guided by local need, viability, and the wider housing strategy for Wiltshire.
