Yes, a deposit is required for all our properties. Deposits will be protected in an approved government scheme for the duration of the tenancy.

The rent will depend on the location in Wiltshire and the number of bedrooms. Stone Circle offer reduced rental rates, which are always lower than open market. Our rates are reviewed annually in line with market conditions and Local Housing Allowance rates.
